Self-definition
In many cases, the results of our work are clearly visible in the form of publications in trade, industry and business magazines. Yet we also produce complete customer magazines and newsletters and prepare speeches (see also Services).
The basis for this is a complex sequence of conceptional and operative steps including: consulting, defining targets, topic development, research, organization, interviews, copy writing, and quality control. Another important aspect of our work is to act as a personal liaison between the various interests and goals of companies and journalists, marketing and development, press offices and users.
Our core task in this process is strategic control, which involves integrating strategy, planning and measures. We put the communication concept into action and perform checks to ensure that all measures are in line with the strategy and budget (implementation monitoring). We also draw inspiration for the strategy check (premise monitoring) from working together with journalists, users and experts. Our goal: Practical implementation should be strategically reflected, and the strategy should be suitable for implementation in practice.
